Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you make any kind of appliance covers, even if not listed?

A: If I can get the dimensions of your appliance, I can make you a cover!  Price will be quoted once I get your appliance dimensions.

Q: How long will it take to get my appliance covers?

A: In most cases your purchase will be shipped out within 5 business days.  However, since occasionally we may be unable to meet our speedy shipping goal, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  After your order is placed, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date.

Q: How much are your shipping charges?

A: We ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Post.  We use a fixed price Shipping Matrix which is based upon the total cost of your order.  Please see the table below.  Please note, this is the cost to ship within the continental United States. If you live outside of the continental United States, please contact us before ordering to receive a quote using international shipping rates.

Q: What is your return policy?

A:  Because we are fully confident in the quality of our products, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy*.  If you are unhappy in any way with your appliance cover, please return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs.  Before ordering, please compare your appliance's measurements with our standard cover size to ensure a good fit.  Customers can always use the custom order form if their appliance does not meet our standard size.

(*Please note, custom orders are non-refundable, so please measure carefully!)

Q: What is the difference between the different categories of covers?

A:  Please click this link to understand the difference.

Q: How do I measure my appliances to get a proper fit?

A:  Use the picture below as an example of how to measure the dimensions of your appliance.  The width of any appliance should be measured from left to right of the appliance, as it sits on your countertop.  The depth is the distance from front to back, and the height is the distance from the top of your appliance to the countertop.  Since many appliances are odd shaped, measure it at the widest, deepest, and highest parts.  Please measure to the nearest half inch, always rounding up if necessary.

Q: I've noticed that you don't offer certain products (coasters, bottle aprons, etc) in all of the fabrics you have.  Why is that?

A:  Certain fabrics are not well suited for every purpose, perhaps due to the size of the print or make of the material, so we offer only those fabrics which will work best for that particular product.

Q: Why do some of your fabrics have a "II" after the name, when there is no other fabric with the same name?

A: As fabrics get discontinued and are no longer available, we will sometimes find a similar fabric to replace it.  However, it is not an exact match, so we use the "II" in the name to alert our repeat customers that it will not be identical to any covers made using the original fabric.
